Lot 5125: CD 145 AM INSULATOR CO [020] Color: Aqua/Green Two Tone Description: An amazing American Insulator Co CD 145 with a blend of light aqua glaze and abundant amber swirls that impart a “two tone” effect. The amber swirls hug the sides and top of the pinhole, so the skirt and outer edges of the crown appear a greenish aqua colour, while the very dome top and parts of the glass around the pinhole are more of a vivid yellow green. To add extra character, a large bubble in the front measures over 4.5 cm long, and a wispy milk swirl can be found just above it in the front crown. Good condition with just a small inner skirt flake and a few even smaller BB pings on the front crown. Condition: Good Estimate: $300 - $400 Open: $10 Price Realized: $160 |
